My first homebase 2's blue like went out after 12 months. Anker sent a replacement out of warranty. The 2nd home base 2's blue light is no longer on after about 8 months. In both instances cameras were functioning. It seems this blue light issue has never been fixed for at least 2 years now.

electro-zx • 9 mo. ago. The blue and red flashing together means Homebase is trying to update firmware. Its either stuck in a loop trying to update or has updated, but can't reset itself. I would disconnect it from power for 30 minutes and the turn the power back on and see what happens. If the update failed, it should try updating again.
